# QR codes for real estate that keep working after the sale

_One code on a yard sign or brochure that you point to any listing — and repoint the moment it sells. Plus a digital business card that's always current._

Property signs and brochures are printed in bulk and left in the field for months. A static link on them is a dead end the day a listing goes under offer. A dynamic QR code fixes that: point it at the current listing today, and repoint it to the next property — or to your whole portfolio — without reprinting a single sign.

For agents themselves, a vCard QR Page is a business card that never goes stale. Change your phone, brokerage, or headshot and the printed card in a prospect's wallet still opens the right details. It's the pay-once alternative to reordering cards every time something changes.

## What's in the kit

- **Digital business card** (QR Page) — A vCard page with call, WhatsApp, email, and a Save-contact button. Update your details forever.
- **Dynamic listing code** (Dynamic QR) — One code for a sign or brochure that you repoint from listing to listing as properties sell.
- **Bulk codes for a portfolio** (Bulk) — Generate a dynamic code per property in one batch — a labelled QR for every sign at once.

## Price

Real Estate Kit — ₹3,499 (India) / $69 (global), one-time, for 4 credits.

Recommended use of the credits: Digital business card (2 credits), Dynamic listing code (1 credit), Second listing code (1 credit).

## How it works

1. **Make a code per listing** — Create one dynamic code, or a whole batch at once for a portfolio. Each points to a property page or virtual tour.
2. **Print on signs & brochures** — Put the code on yard signs, window cards, flyers, and brochures. Scans show you interest per property.
3. **Repoint when it sells** — The day a property sells, repoint its code to the next listing or your portfolio — no reprinting.

## The sign outlives the listing

A yard sign is reusable hardware; the listing it advertises is temporary. A static QR code printed on the sign ties that sign to one property for good, so once the house sells the code is dead weight. A dynamic code breaks that link: the printed pattern stays the same, and you change where it leads — to a price reduction, to a "sold" page that collects the next seller's interest, or to your newest listing when the sign goes back out.

The same goes for brochures and flyers printed at listing time. Because the code is dynamic, a brochure picked up weeks later still opens the current price and status, with no reprint when you adjust.

## What to put behind a listing code

A buyer who scans a sign from the pavement wants the listing, not your homepage. Point the code at the page that answers what the sign can't:

- A full photo gallery and, ideally, a video or virtual tour
- Price, key facts, and current status — for sale, under offer, sold
- Floor plans and a neighbourhood map
- One-tap contact for the agent and a way to request a viewing

## Print it to be scanned from the kerb

A yard sign is read from a car or the pavement, often several metres away, so the code has to be large: scan distance scales with code size, roughly ten to one. Keep strong dark-on-light contrast, leave a clear quiet zone around the code, and use a weatherproof print — a faded or glossy sign fails more scans than a small one.

Scan counts per code show which signs and brochures actually draw interest. They are aggregate — QRever stores no IP addresses or buyer profiles — so you learn about the sign, not the person.

## Where to put the codes

- Yard signs and window cards
- Property brochures and flyers
- Business cards and email signatures
- Open-house boards and directional signs
- Newspaper and magazine ads

## Questions

**What happens to the code when a property sells?**

You repoint it. A dynamic code's destination is editable forever, so the same printed sign or brochure can carry your next listing — or your full portfolio — with no reprinting.

**Can I make one code per property in bulk?**

Yes. The bulk tool creates a labelled dynamic code for every listing in one batch, and gives you a CSV mapping codes to properties for your print run.

**Will my business card go out of date?**

No. A vCard QR Page updates from your dashboard, so a printed card keeps opening your current phone, brokerage, and details — forever, on a single payment.
