# QR codes for products and packaging that outlive the print run

_Put a code on packaging or a shelf label and point it anywhere — a product page, a how-to, a seasonal offer, a review form — and change it long after the box is printed._

Packaging is committed months in advance and sits on shelves far longer. A static link printed on it can't adapt to a new campaign, a moved product page, or a seasonal promotion. A dynamic QR code lets you print once and repoint forever: the same box can lead to a launch page today and a review request next quarter.

For a whole catalogue, bulk creation gives every SKU its own repointable code in one batch, with a CSV that maps codes to products for your print run. And a review page turns satisfied buyers into public reviews while routing complaints privately — no subscription, no expiry, on any of it.

## What's in the kit

- **Dynamic packaging code** (Dynamic QR) — One code per product that you repoint to a page, offer, or how-to — anytime after printing.
- **Bulk codes for a catalogue** (Bulk) — Generate a labelled dynamic code for every SKU in one batch, with a CSV mapping for your print run.
- **Reviews & feedback page** (QR Page) — Turn happy buyers into public reviews and route product complaints privately to support.

## Price

Retail & Packaging Kit — ₹4,299 (India) / $85 (global), one-time, for 5 credits.

Recommended use of the credits: Reviews & feedback page (2 credits), Dynamic product code (1 credit), Second product code (1 credit), Third product code (1 credit).

## How it works

1. **Create a code per product** — Make one dynamic code, or a whole batch for your catalogue. Each points wherever you like today.
2. **Print on packaging & labels** — Add the code to boxes, labels, inserts, and shelf tags. Scan analytics show interest per product.
3. **Repoint per season or campaign** — Swap a launch page for an offer, a how-to, or a review request — the printed packaging keeps working.

## The packaging problem a static code can't solve

A static QR code bakes the destination into the print. That's fine for a URL that will never change, but a product's best destination almost always does. At launch you want the product story; later you want reorders, setup help, warranty registration, or a seasonal promotion. With a static code on 50,000 boxes you get one shot. With a dynamic code the same boxes can carry a different message each season, because you change the destination after printing.

It's also the safer buy. If a packaging code depends on a subscription and the bill lapses, every box on every shelf points at a dead page, and you can't recall them. A QRever code is a one-time payment and is never deactivated for billing.

## What to point a packaging code at

One printed code can serve the whole product lifecycle, switched from your dashboard on the day you need it:

- At launch — the product page or brand story
- In use — setup instructions, a how-to video, or care guidance, which cuts support requests
- Repeat purchase — a reorder or subscription page for consumables
- Seasonally — a limited offer, a contest, or a new-range announcement
- After purchase — your review form, sent to the people who actually bought

## Use scan data to learn, not to track people

A dynamic code reports how often it's scanned, roughly where, and on what kind of device. For retail that answers real questions: which products draw post-purchase engagement, which cities scan most, whether a shelf placement is working. QRever's analytics are aggregate by design — no IP addresses, no precise location, no profiles — so you learn about the product, not the person.

## Printing on labels and boxes

Packaging brings hazards a flyer doesn't: curved surfaces, glossy laminates, small labels, and print processes that spread ink. Give the code room, keep it dark on a light background, and send your printer the SVG or PDF so it stays sharp at any size. On a curve, keep the code small relative to the curve's radius or put it on a flat panel. QRever sets error correction for you — the highest level as soon as a logo is added — and every export includes the quiet zone a scanner needs.

## Where to put the codes

- Product boxes and labels
- Shelf-edge and price tags
- Pack-in inserts and thank-you cards
- Hang tags and stickers
- Point-of-sale and counter displays

## Questions

**Can I reuse packaging codes across campaigns?**

Yes. A dynamic code's destination is editable forever, so the same printed box can lead to a launch page, then an offer, then a review request — without reprinting.

**How do I make a code for every product at once?**

Use the bulk tool: paste or upload a list of product links and it creates a labelled dynamic code for each, plus a CSV mapping codes to products for your printer.

**Is there a monthly fee?**

No. Every code is a one-time payment and never expires or deactivates for billing. Static codes for simple links are free.
