Refund & Cancellation Policy

Pay once. Nothing to cancel.

There are no subscriptions here, so there is nothing to cancel. If a paid code doesn’t work as described and we can’t fix it, we refund it — with clear timelines, written down properly.

    The short version

    Every paid product is a single one-time payment, so there is no subscription to cancel and nothing that renews. If a paid code or page does not work as described and we cannot fix it, we refund you. Beyond that, because the product is a live digital good delivered the instant you create it, refunds are limited — the detail is below, in plain language.

  2. 02

    When you are entitled to a refund

    You can have your money back if:

    • a paid code or page does not work as described and we cannot fix it within a reasonable time, or
    • you were charged twice for the same order, or charged in error.

    Email us within 14 days of the purchase and we will make it right. We read every email, and we would always rather fix the problem than lose you over one.

    What is not refundable

    Because a dynamic code is live and usable the moment it is created, we do not offer change-of-mind refunds once a code has been put to use — specifically once it has received scans or its destination has been edited. By then the product has done exactly what it was sold to do.

    Business Pack credits are refundable only while the whole pack is unused; once any credit in the pack has been spent to create a code, the pack is non-refundable. Deleting a code is permanent and is not a refund trigger — deletion is a choice the product gives you, not a fault.

    There is nothing to cancel

    QRever has no subscriptions, renewals, or recurring charges, so you never need to cancel anything to avoid a future bill — there are no future bills. A paid code is yours for the life of the service, and only you can delete it. This is the founding promise of the product, written out in full in The Promise.

    How to request a refund

    Email support@qrever.com from the address on your account, with your order ID (it is on your receipt) and a sentence on what went wrong. That is all we need to start.

  6. 06

    Timelines, and how the money comes back

    We review every refund request and reply within 2 business days. When a refund is approved, we initiate it within 2 business days of that approval, back to your original payment method — we cannot send it anywhere else.

    After we initiate it, the money typically reaches you within 5–7 business days for orders in India (via Razorpay), and within 5–10 business days for orders outside India (via Dodo Payments), depending on your bank or card issuer.

  7. 07

    Orders outside India

    For purchases outside India, Dodo Payments is our Merchant of Record — the seller of record for that transaction. Refunds for those orders are processed by Dodo on our instruction, back to your original payment method, and any sales tax, VAT, or GST that was collected is refunded with the order. Dodo’s name is the one that appears on your card statement and receipt.

    Chargebacks

    If something looks wrong on your statement, please email us before raising a chargeback with your bank — a chargeback freezes the order and slows everything down, and nine times out of ten we can resolve it the same day. We honour every genuine issue.

  9. 09

    If QRever ever closes

    We do not issue refunds solely because the service shuts down. Instead, every paid code ships from day one with a one-click data export and a static-fallback generator, and if we ever wind down we give account holders at least 30 days’ notice with those tools available throughout. Those escape hatches are the continuity guarantee, and they are spelled out in our Terms of Service.
