QR codes for restaurants that never need reprinting

A digital menu you update in seconds, a review page that fills your Google listing, and Wi-Fi codes for every table — one payment, no monthly fee, no expiry.

Restaurants live and die by small changes: a price goes up, a dish sells out, a new season starts. Printing a fresh menu — or a new QR code — every time is slow and expensive. With a dynamic QR menu, you print the code once and edit the menu behind it from your phone; the table tents never change.

The same logic covers reviews and Wi-Fi. A review QR turns a good meal into a Google review while goodwill is highest, and a free Wi-Fi QR gets guests online without reading a password aloud. None of it runs on a subscription — QRever codes are paid for once and can never be switched off for billing.

How it works

Print once, change it forever

  1. 1

    Create the code once

Build your menu or review page, or generate a free Wi-Fi code. You get a single QR that never changes.

  2. 2

    Print it on table tents

Put it on tents, the menu footer, the counter, or window decals. Print in bulk — the codes are identical and permanent.

  3. 3

    Edit behind the code forever

Change prices, swap dishes, or repoint a review link from your dashboard. Nothing on the table needs reprinting.

Where to use it
  • Table tents and table stickers
  • The foot of a printed menu
  • Counter and till-side cards
  • Window decals and A-frames outside
  • Receipts and takeaway packaging
Questions

Restaurants & cafés & QR codes — the common questions

Can I change my menu after the code is printed?
Yes — that's the whole point of a dynamic QR menu. You edit items, prices, and sections from your dashboard and the change is live instantly. The printed code never changes.
Do I need a subscription?
No. A QR Page is a one-time payment. There is no monthly fee and the code can never be deactivated for billing — only you can delete it.
Is the Wi-Fi QR really free?
Yes. Static Wi-Fi codes are generated in your browser and downloaded as a file — no account and no cost. They work as long as your Wi-Fi details stay the same.
Should I route unhappy customers away from Google?
QRever never hides your public review link — that breaks Google's policies. The review page simply offers a private feedback channel first to lower ratings, while keeping the public review option available to everyone.
